An infrastructure is the essential facilities and technologies that support a property’s functionality and usefulness, it keeps the property operational and economically viable.

Infrastructures not only keep the property functional and useful, it also add a sort of facelift on the subject building when properly installed, built or designed to specification. These facilities are not only mechanical, the building in itself is a facility, the paved area in a premise, swimming pools. basketball or lawn tennis court within the premises are all parts of a building infrastructure. Auxiliary buildings such as gym houses, garages, carports, and gen houses among others are examples of infrastructures in a property.
